Care For Soldiers

After breakfast, those who qualified for BIC (the battle innoculation course) trunched up the tonner wearily. By then our energy levels were beyond depletion point, and it was an effort to even board the transport. The mental process was something akin to this:
Brain to left leg>> Move. Up. 90 degrees. Step on metal protrusion. So we can board vehicle.

*5second intermission.. processing...*
Left leg to brain>> Tired. Excess lactic acid. Unable to comply.
*5second intermission.. processing...*
Brain to left leg>> MOVE IT. NOW. Or arms will get into trouble.
*5second intermission.. processing...*
Arms to brain and left leg>> Roger roger. Pushups hurt us. Please comply.
Left leg to Arms and Brain>> Trying.. *silence in nervous network system*
*5second intermission.. processing...*

Left leg moves and successfully steps onto metal protrusion

Arms and Brain to Left leg>> Congratulations!!

Sergeant: #2$@ YOU ^!%*#&!! WHY YOU MOVE SO SLOW!? @#$%ING )^&(!@#! KNOCK IT DOWN 20!

*5second intermission.. processing...*
Arms and Brain>> GROAN...

20 pushups later...
Sergeant: NOW GET ON THE $^!%*ING TONNER! OR ELSE U KNOCK IT DOWN ANOTHER 20 WITH YOUR FBO AND I WILL CONFINE YOU ON SUNDAY!!**
**Full Battle Order: 12kilo Field pack + 3kg Rifle + 1Kg helmet + 2kg Standard battle order webbing. Go do the math.**

*5second intermission.. processing...*

With such such stimulating encouragment, i was finally able to board the tonner.
